Questions sellers ask
Anything else? Call or WhatsApp us on 07402 295831.
Do you buy MAN TGL 7.5 tonners?
Yes. The TGL is one of the most common 7.5 tonners on UK roads, with box, curtain, dropside and tipper bodies. See selling a 7.5 tonne lorry.
Do you buy older MAN TGAs?
Yes. The TGA was built in big numbers and parts are easy to find, which makes it a popular export truck even with very high mileage. Tell us whether yours is a tipper, another rigid or a tractor unit, and send photos of the chassis.
Do you buy MAN trucks with gearbox faults?
Yes. Automated gearbox problems are a common reason people sell. Tell us the symptoms, such as warning lights or trouble selecting gears, so we can allow for the repair in the offer.
What’s the difference between a TGS and a TGX?
On the older generation, the TGX usually has the wider long-haul cabs (XL, XLX and XXL), while the TGS has narrower cabs and is mostly used for construction and regional work. If you’re not sure which you have, send the registration and a photo of the cab.
