7.5 tonne trucks we buy

What licence do I need to drive a 7.5 tonne lorry?

A C1 licence covers vehicles from 3.5 to 7.5 tonnes. Many drivers who passed their car test before 1997 have C1 by grandfather rights. Our guide to HGV weights explains the categories.

Do you buy 7.5 tonne horseboxes?

Do you buy a 7.5 tonner with a broken tail lift?

Yes. A faulty tail lift lowers the price, but we still buy the truck. Mention it on the form.
