Do you buy scaffold lorries?
Yes. Scaffold dropsides take a lot of punishment, with bent sides, worn decks and broken pins, and we price them knowing that. Send a photo of the deck and the sides, and tell us if the truck has a crane or a tail lift.
Is a dropside the same as a flatbed?
A dropside is a flatbed with hinged sides that fold down for loading by forklift or crane. A flatbed has an open deck, sometimes with removable stakes. We buy both.
Do you buy a flatbed with a rotten deck?
Yes. A timber deck is one of the cheaper parts of a truck to replace, so rotten or broken boards lower the price less than you might expect. Damage to the bearers or the sub-frame matters more.
Do you buy flatbeds with a truck-mounted forklift?
